A multinational telco running across dozens of markets couldn't turn enough of its opportunities into revenue. Its sales, marketing and enablement teams were running campaigns at scale, but execution changed from region to region. Content sat in different places, the message shifted locally, and nobody could see what was being used or what was working.
The problem wasn't a shortage of content or demand. The teams were working from different versions of the truth. Most of what they had was static PDFs, campaigns were hard to run consistently, and with no view of what buyers engaged with, everyone fell back on product-led messaging that felt safe but didn't move enterprise deals forward. That fragmentation quietly drained confidence, inside the business and with buyers.
We built a single global Marketing Hub on our SalesEASE platform, connecting content, campaigns, events and the sales teams into one place to run go-to-market from. Every market worked from the same platform, so instead of 41 versions of a campaign, the telco could run one campaign across all 41 at once. And because it was all in one place, they could finally see the analytics: what was landing, in which markets, and where the interest was forming.
For the first time, the telco ran a single campaign globally and could see how it performed everywhere it went. Sales and marketing worked off the same numbers: what content landed, which markets were responding, and when to follow up. Acting on what the data showed, rather than guessing, is what turned one campaign into significant pipeline.
Scale doesn't come from more content. It comes from running one campaign everywhere at once and being able to see what's working, market by market. When teams can act on that, confidence returns and the pipeline follows.
